Handmade for the Holidays 2023

We’re once again hosting the Handmade for the Holidays Art Show and Sale at Visual Philosophy Studios this year. It will coincide with the Second Saturdays on The Alameda, on Saturday, December 9th, 11am-5pm. We’ll have lots of artists with their artwork and handmade items for sale. If you’re looking for a unique gift for someone special, then you’ll want to stop by.

I’m excited about a new painting I’ll have on display and for sale, “A Park and Its People“. I’ve submitted it for consideration for the City of San José’s Office of Cultural Affairs’ Public Art Program recent call for art for a permanent display in the interior of the new facility in which the City’s Office of Emergency Management and the Fire Department Training Center will be co-located. It’s inspired by the positive experiences I had while painting a mural in a local neighborhood park.

I’ll also have a lot of affordable artworks and prints available. Stop by and I’ll cut you a special deal on something sure to make someone special smile.
